You will be experienced in a broad range of private client matters, including the preparation of Wills ranging from straightforward instructions to those incorporating trusts for more complex family arrangements.
You will conduct client meetings both in person and remotely, assess legal issues, and provide clear, practical advice, including guidance on costs and the scope of work.
You will produce high quality legal services to clients on all aspects of private client law including wills, trusts, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Tax Planning and Court of Protection work.
You will have excellent technical skills with exceptional client management skills.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will support a cohort of approximately 14-19 Social Work apprentices each year along with the associated support and administrative tasks relating to each cohort, such as recruitment, observations, group supervision, review meetings and close liaison with universities.
You should be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England and have at least five years experience.
You will be responsible for case management and oversight of the cases within the team, allocation, supervision personal and professional, managing duty and authorising reports for conferencing and pre-proceedings/Court work.
You will need to support and manage the Key performance indicators within your team to ensure that work is being timely recorded and these are met.
