You will lead and influence your team and look to drive the development of the private client tax services in this leading firm.

You will be comfortable with managing deadlines, direct client contact, preparing FRS102 and FRS105 accounts, VAT work and resolving adhoc client queries. - Our clients use a variety of software packages including Sage, Xero and Quickbooks so experience with one or more of these would be helpful.

You will also lead a team, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and contribute to the firm’s growth through business development initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional client service.

You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent with a career background and strength within accounts and tax, and all around general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within an accountancy practice environment.

You will work closely with the director and management team, playing an active part in the continued development and future growth of the firm.

You will be ACA/ACCA or qualified by experience with at least 3 years experience within practice.

You will have worked as Semi Senior or Senior accountant within practice Experience of Iris and cloud software such as Xero/ Quickbooks would be advantageous

You will also support Partners on complex compliance work and work closely with senior leadership. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Key Responsibilities - Lead the delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services - Manage client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships
