You will contribute to the firm’s client development framework, ensuring best practice is consistently applied and that client insights are captured, shared and acted upon.

You will also support client‑led initiatives and internal communications that showcase client successes and deepen engagement across the firm.

You will set and deliver a modern and innovative Client Development & Marketing strategy that elevates brand presence, sharpens market positioning and drives meaningful client engagement. As a senior leader, you’ll influence at the highest level, partnering closely with the Global Managing Partner, heads of groups, and other senior stakeholders.

You will be joining a supportive and forward-thinking firm that places real emphasis on staff development, technical excellence, and long-term career progression. Working closely with Partners and Managers, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality private client tax services to a varied and interesting portfolio of clients.

You will work closely with the partners to help develop client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the ongoing growth of the practice. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and limited companies. - Oversee preparation and review of statutory accounts, management accounts, and corporation tax returns.

You will handle tax compliance needs whilst also supporting on range of complex private client tax queries. - Working with juniors to client work, reviewing workloads What You'll need to succeed: - CTA / and or ATT / ACA qualification - Experience managing a portfolio of clients and delivery compliance services
