You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills, LPAs, trusts, and estate administration.
You will provide expert, commercially focused legal advice, managing transactions with minimal supervision and ensuring exceptional standards of client service at every stage.
You will work directly with Partners on planning matters, supervise staff, and handle both UK and non-resident tax issues, particularly for individuals moving to and from the UK.
You will manage clients who are beneficiaries of UK and non-UK trusts, and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery of work.
You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.
You will act as a key liaison between Sales, suppliers and customers ensuring that orders and projects are executed smoothly, accurately and on time.
You will need to be a driver with your own vehicle
You will take ownership of the case loads contributing to the forecasting and delivery of budgets and financial KPI’s.
You will have direct and regular contact with our clients along with their care staff to effectively review and establish that the quality of care is to a high and expected standard.
