You will need to follow a structured sales process, whilst being able to build a strong rapport with each customer.
You will act as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO, shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and building a finance function that delivers insight, rigour and commercial impact.
You will have autonomy to develop systems, processes and people, including leadership of an offshore finance team, ensuring the function evolves from transactional delivery to value-adding business partnering.
You will shape TA-level congress strategy, sponsorship decisions, and scientific narratives, ensuring cohesive and compliant execution across assets and markets. Working in close partnership with Medical and Commercial teams, you will drive excellence in global congress delivery and elevate scientific engagement across the respiratory portfolio.
You will lead a division of client accounts, delivering strategic marketing programmes that drive real impact.
You will nurture and grow client partnerships, identify new opportunities, and inspire your team to achieve their full potential, preparing them for future roles and potentially leadership within the company.
