Client Delivery Manager jobs in Lichfield

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams including Product, Engineering, Technical Support, and Field Services, as well as with customers and third-party providers to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

You will be responsible for a surveyor, a lettings manager, 2 x repairs and maintenance staff, a project support officer, a compliance officer and a team of cleaners.

You will prepare, oversee and then mobilise new contract agreements with subcontractors for the delivery of services across the portfolio.

You will be responsible for: Delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by: I ensure the van and trays I use are clean and kept tidy/organised. Leaving the back yard clean, tidy and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as I see it. Ensuring trays are washed as part of the tray wash process.

You will manage a high-value caseload while driving business growth and ensuring exceptional client service. This senior leadership role requires a proven track record in advising high-net-worth individuals, complex estates, and trusts, alongside strong management, strategic, and business development skills.
