You will lead and guide a team of nurses to provide exceptional care.
You will be involved in all operational functions of the service with specific accountability for monitoring quality outcomes and development within the service.
You will promote and safeguard the well-being and interests of all service users, employees and visitors.
You will provide direction, leadership, training and support to the staff team, ensuring that the care provided meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents, while maintaining high standards of safety, dignity, and respect - To fully comply and be accountable for meeting the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009
You will run a Private Client caseload, overseeing the department.
You will be well supported in the role but will also have the autonomy to make the role your own.
You should be a Private Client Partner with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of PQE required)
You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role. Your passion for service is matched with your love of pets. - You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy's first visit to the vet.
