You will need to be an experienced HCPC registered Occupational Therapist ideally with knowledge of health and social care occupational therapy services and leadership. You will have experience of working in a care setting and must have a good working knowledge of the fundamental care standards, how these are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and the responsibilities of a registered service in relation to upholding these.
