Client Care Manager jobs in Camborne
You will be managing a 24 hour residential home providing support adults with complex health needs, learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities including cerebral palsy.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care homes and services, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
You will promote a caring environment which provides Residents with a high standard of specialised personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
You will work as part of a dynamic care team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.
You will mainly work in one service but may need to cover others so youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is that well pay your mileage!
You will achieve high quality, timely and person‐centred needs assessments, plan and work to improve outcomes, and increase or maintain the independence of vulnerable adults.
