Care Assistant needed to provide personal care, support daily living, and offer companionship to clients in their homes. Full training and development offered.

You will join the corporate nursing team and help shape digital care locally, regionally and nationally.

You will develop service improvement plans, advise board and senior teams on professional issues, and engage with patients and key stakeholders.

You will then negotiate the contract sum within the budget, including finalising costs to cover all late variations.

You will issue revised contract drawings to subcontractors; negotiating the cost of variations including liaising between Buyers and Build Managers.

You will provide a full range of pricing information for purchaser's extras.

You will be a qualified professional RMN and have experience of working with people with dementia and/or mental health disorders and be able to manage a caseload under the Care Programme Approach placing the person at the centre of care in a busy but rewarding role. The ability to work in partnership with carers/family members and services in the community is essential.

You will provide continuous 1:1 nursing care, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions and coordination with local doctors and clinics.
