You will have accountability for reaching inactive members of the community as well as engaging with more active stakeholders and will be communicating with local agencies including health boards, the police, local councils and residents associations.
You will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.
You will be the technical lead for the permanent works design on the project unless a Design Manager is present.
You will be responsible for managing and communicating all design queries, comments and information required from design workshops and meetings and keep records accordingly.
