You will be the vital link between the Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and clients.
You should have experience as an Administrator within a financial services Ideally, you should have good knowledge of financial planning processes, products and how a Financial Advisor operates
You should have experience and enjoy the process of preparing client meeting packs
You will play a key role in supporting the Financial Planners, Personal Assistants and Paraplanners - helping them deliver an exceptional service to every client, every time. In this role, you'll be the engine that keeps the advice process moving; ensuring client information is accurate and up to date, handling new business efficiently, and keeping everything running like clockwork.
You will work closely with clients, design teams, commercial staff and site teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
You will be required to be flexible and be able to work between Monday - Sunday including evenings on a rota based system. Key Accountabilities: · Embrace the idea of 'the team' and actively work to ensure the success of the attraction. A conscientious attitude, ability to follow the script given and be open to receiving feedback from the management team.
