You will help supervise the work of the cleaning staff and allocate tasks accordingly.
You will need to have supervisory experience and be able to oversee and undertake general cleaning duties.
You will have the ability to manage time effectively to complete tasks to a high standard and coordinate and motivate your team to do the same.
You will support with budgets, reporting, staff rotas and recruitment to maximise the use of internal staff.
You will also provide the focal point for the client for compliance, audit, health & safety, and cleaning schedules, and be willing to pitch in with a variety of tasks linked to your job to support your manager, your team, and our client.
You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning via your team.
You will help ensure the cleaning standards meet the Service Level agreed with the client
You will ensure that the cleaning team understand and work to task schedules while following the correct Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as and when required.
