You will be expected to work on a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off with the following shift options: - Full Time Days: 08:00-20:00 totalling to an average of 42 hours per week. - Full Time Nights: 20:00-08:00 totalling to an average of 42 hours per week.
You will be working full-time, on a weekly rota which will include some weekend work. Due to the location of this role, ideally, you will have access to your transport.
You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to tasks and shift patterns.
You will have strong organisational skills and be responsible for leading a team of 4 staff.
You will also have the ability to advise and apply Health and Safety regulations across the college.
You will also require to hold a Full UK driving licence to provide transport for individuals at the service. Sense support our staff to gain skills and qualifications and experience – such as we take part annually in a Mentoring scheme with 11 other charities – this is addition to providing all staff with a great induction, and plenty of training.
You will need to be a good role model.
You will be fully registered with the GMC, and have Approved Clinician status and S12 approval under the Mental Health Act (or achieve this within 3 months of appointment).
