You will work in partnership with teaching and support staff to differentiate learning materials and break down learning barriers for your new pupils across KS3 and KS4.

You will work alongside your new colleagues to deliver an inclusive, accessible and stimulating learning environment for your new pupils by getting to know them as the individuals they are and utilising an array of learning equipment.

You will be the main point of contact for your new pupil, meeting them at the school gate, walking them back to their grown-up at the end of the day, and giving accurate feedback on their progress.
