You will be supporting a Key Stage 2 pupil on a one-to-one basis each morning, helping them to regulate emotions, engage with learning, and develop confidence within the classroom environment. Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team, you will contribute to tailored support strategies that promote both academic and personal growth.

You will need to be resilient and dedicated, but those huge small victories that you achieve will be something youre really proud of. It can be a tough journey, but the positive steps forward will more than make up for it. As a Teaching Assistant at Witherslack Group, youll get all the support you need to succeed.

You will be required to support students with various degrees of SEN difficulties, in particular Autism.

You will at all times implement school policies and procedures and manage the classroom and behaviour. SEN Teaching Assistants of all levels and experience will be considered for this role, including NQTs.
