You will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students manage behaviour, build confidence, and re-engage with learning. The role focuses on emotional regulation, motivation, and promoting positive outcomes both inside and outside the classroom. Experience in mentoring, youth work, SEMH, or behaviour support is highly desirable.

You will provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH and speech and language difficulties, helping them access learning and develop confidence in the classroom.

You will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to deliver tailored support and promote inclusion.

You will hold a Master's degree in a relevant subject area (PhD desirable)

You will have previous UK HE lecturing experience in the wider subject area

You will have a successful track record of teaching adult learners from diverse backgrounds on HE programmes

You will have proven experience of providing individual and group study skills support in response to identified learning needs
