You will ensure the highest levels of technical integrity and compliance on all claims, while working with a team that prides itself on collaboration and excellent customer outcomes. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the UK Claims digital & technology strategy and associated roadmap on behalf of UK Claims.

You must have experience of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders, together with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Claims, IT, and other business units to develop and execute a clear digital roadmap, ensuring initiatives are successfully delivered and embedded across the function.

You will also monitor and measure performance, ensuring all initiatives meet governance, regulatory, and business requirements.

You will be the key link between Panel Lawyers and the business.

You must have strong practical knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules relating to RTA/Motor Insurance claims.
