You will be responsible for driving specification, protecting margin, and converting projects across hospitality led and design driven commercial developments.

You will take the lead on delivering first class tenders, leveraging our internal teams to transform our client requriements into compelling, compliant and value driven bids. You will be the first impression, the central coordinator and a trusted extension of the UK sales team. Showroom Management & Experience * Act as a welcoming, enthusiastic host who creates an engaging and memorable experience for all visitors. Manage the day-to-day running of the Clerkenwell showroom to ensure it is always immaculate, inspiring and on brand.
You will act as the design lead for the London region, partnering closely with the specification sales team to interpret briefs, develop bespoke carpet solutions, and support projects from initial concept through to completion.
You will be responsible for driving specification and conversion on a project-by-project basis across hospitality led developments, working closely with architects, interior designers, design and build partners, contractors and hospitality end user clients. The position is predominantly field based across Central London, with regular access to an exceptional Clerkenwell showroom space.
