You will create and implement Individualised Support (Pathway) Plans that address the unique challenges faced by asylum-seeking children, including trauma-informed care and integration into the local community.
You will ensure that each child has an active, up-to-date care plan that reflects their unique circumstances.
Support children in daily activities, promote independence, ensure safety, and provide emotional support.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management services, responding to tenancy enquiries, managing community standards, and addressing tenancy breaches. The role also includes involvement in new housing developments and working closely with internal teams and external partners to create safe, welcoming communities.
