You must be over 21 years old and have the right to work in the UK. A minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience working within a children’s/young adult setting. Knowledge in one of EBD, SEMH, CSE or SEN/SEND. A Level 3 or 4 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce is desirable.

You will be confident and competent at demonstrating reflective learning whilst encouraging positive change for children and families in your area. Assessment and Intervention is a busy, fast-paced service where you will be working with children and young people with a complexity of needs whilst undertaking in-depth assessments.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality housing management services, responding to tenancy enquiries, managing community standards, and addressing tenancy breaches.
