You will work in a team at the Folkestone home supporting both staff and residents in residential or nursing home settings. The Healthcare assistant will be: Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing and grooming. Supporting residents with mobility and transfer, using the appropriate equipment where required.
You will demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision-making process.
