You must have previously worked in an Ofsted regulated residential children's home, in a Team Leader / Senior capacity as a minimum. - The ability to work on a shift rota. - The ability to work as part of a cohesive team. - A friendly and nurturing attitude and outlook. - A willingness to learn and develop.
