You will have overall responsibility for the supervision/management of a health visiting caseload, being accountable for the quality of care delivered through robust assessment, referral and communication processes and implementation of evidence-based practice interventions to address need.
You will function as an independent, autonomous practitioner and should have in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience in health visiting, child protection and the GIRFEC Framework.
You will work with the Service Manager and the locality CAMHS and Paediatric leads in continuing the developing service to enable effective assessment and care for children and young people with neurodevelopmental conditions.
You will also support effective clinical governance and ensure appropriate systems of supervision are in place for a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians.
You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team and will have responsibility for assessment of care needs and evaluation of care ensuring the delivery of high-quality family centred care to Neonates and their families.
You must demonstrate evidence of ongoing clinical development and awareness of NHGGG policies and strategies.
You will provide clinical leadership and oversight for all aspects of medicines management in these areas, supporting multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Lead clinical pharmacy services across paediatrics, neonatal, maternity and gynaecology services.
You will have the ability to prioritise your work load in a fast paced environment and possess sound clinical skills for the assessment of patient needs. Intravenous medication certificate desirable but not essential. Post Registration experience desirable . Active NMC pin essential
