You will lead the Supported Independent Living services, promote a compelling case for raising professional expectations and work collaboratively across the Council and with partners to deliver great services for residents.
You will be responsible for delivering assessments and interventions that promote independence and improve outcomes for individuals and their families or carers.
You will be required to work on a 1 : 1 basis (or 2 : 1 with support of an additional practitioner).
You will be working on a flexible contract where various interventions will be offered based upon location and match with a student.
You will need to be available during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.
You will be responsible for assessments, CPA reports, Mental Health Tribunals, Managers Hearings and will be requested to supervise junior staff members.
