You will actively and enthusiastically take part in & deliver programmed activities to children aged 4-11, encouraging all children to take part and have as much FUN as possible.
You will ensure that services are delivered in line with company and Ofsted quality requirements, and to achieve business performance targets. We are looking for candidates that have a level 3 or above childcare qualification.
You will lead by example, support staff development, and help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where children and young people can thrive.
