You will work with a complex case load to plan, organise and undertake ILF award assessments and reviews, always keeping a clear focus on independent living outcomes.
You will work in close partnership with ILF recipients and their families or carers, navigating challenging and complex support arrangements and financial matters with sensitivity and professionalism.
You will be required to work effectively as part of our ELC team to support the learning of the children. The successful candidate will bring a sound knowledge of early level play and development as well as a commitment to providing high quality learning experiences and interactions whilst effectively working as part of our nursery team to plan, evaluate and report on children’s progress.
