You must be over 25 years old and have the right to work in the UK. At least 6 months experience working as a Children's Support Worker. Driving Licence essentialA good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively. A clear enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration.
You will lead the day-to-day running of the pre-school, act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, and take accountability for curriculum delivery, inclusion and compliance, working closely with the EYFS Leader to ensure that every child thrives.
You will have experience of early years funding processes and be able to build strong partnerships with families and external agencies.
You must be patient orientated, with a focus on delivering "excellence", in all areas of the patient life cycle.
You will also enjoy the opportunity to proactively share successfully implemented ideas and best practice in the region/cross region and celebrate success within the practice
