You will support students by adopting relevant strategies and techniques to enable them to access the curriculum, engage with their learning, and achieve their full potential.

You will take responsibility for implementing planned learning activities and teaching programmes, adjusting activities according to children’s responses as appropriate.

You will be visiting people in their own home to help them with all aspects of their daily routines, and provide meaningful companionship at the same time. Our Office is based in Worle, Weston super Mare but we have Clients from Burnham on Sea to Clevedon and everything in between.

You will need to have experience in a nursery setting either in a permanent or temporary role. Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months. Strong Behaviour Management skills are necessary.
