You will ideally have: - BEng or MEng in Civil Engineering or equivalent - Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in transport planning or highways - Chartered status or working towards chartership (ICE, CIHT or TPP) - Strong knowledge of national and local transport policy and guidance
