You will work full time to manage caseloads undertaking initial reviews, paper-based, face-to-face, video or telephone assessments assessing full range of health conditions and disabilities to find out how it impacts the claimant’s day-to-day life creating a comprehensive report.
You will support both your own territory and the wider commercial team to drive growth across product, local, regional, and national levels. With a strong focus on internal and external engagement, you will champion new initiatives, lead projects from ideation through to commercialisation, and play a key role in identifying and executing new market opportunities.
You will receive a comprehensive induction, training, and awareness sessions to support your effectiveness in the role - A commitment to provide the time (circa 20 days per annum) and energy required is essential.

You will support the end to end ordering and fulfilment process by managing suppliers, co-ordinating orders and ensuring accurate administration across our internal order processing systems, email and telephone channels.

You will also be asked to run small projects for the lead. To succeed in this role, you will have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
You will also be expected to undergo an Enhanced DBS check to support clients based in educational environments.
