You will work closely with customers and internal teams to understand their needs and convert them into effective solutions that improve processes and competitiveness.

You will need deep industry knowledge, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to influence both internal and external key stakeholders without direct authority.

You will navigate complex financial markets, manage risk, ensure compliance, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve outstanding results.

You will be required to visit our Blackburn office, located at BB1, approximately once a week following the initial induction.

You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday (occasional evening or weekend working depending on business needs).

You will collaborate closely with other developers, project managers, and the software support team to deliver high-quality, reliable solutions. The position is office-based and would suit a motivated developer who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and working as part of a collaborative team.
