You will be working 1:1 with primary-aged pupils who have ADHD and Autism, including non-verbal communication needs.
You must be suitably qualified for the position advertised and be prepared to attend a face to face interview with Axcis to demonstrate your suitability for this role.
You will support students both academically and emotionally, helping them regulate behaviour, build confidence, and engage with learning. The ideal Learning Mentor will be patient, resilient, and experienced in de-escalation and behaviour management strategies. Previous experience in an SEN school or alternative provision is highly desirable.
