You will be expected to lead the school, setting exceptionally high standards for staff and students, and ensuring they are met.

You will act as a trusted adult, helping students develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and positive behaviour strategies that will support them throughout their education and beyond.

You will work proactively to prevent behavioural issues and reactively to support students during challenging moments.

You must have Qualified Teacher Status and a degree or similar qualifications and possess recent experience teaching students, data analysis and reporting and experience with pastoral or behaviour management of students.
