You will be working as part of the Therapy Team you will provide guidance, active support, plans and coaching to the teams across division supporting individuals with behaviour that challenges and supporting individuals who are impacted by a learning disability, autism, acquired brain injury and/ or other mental health challenges.
You will be driven by results, comfortable with data, and excited by the challenge of scaling online revenue in a fast-paced, international environment.
You will have experience in: - Managing eCommerce operations for a B2B or B2C business, ideally within a technical or training-focused sector.

You will be responsible for developing market entry strategies, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth. Your success will be directly rewarded through an unlimited commission structure. Main responsibilities
You will join a growing systems integration and validation team, playing a key role in demonstrating that advanced actuator or electromechanical systems meet demanding performance and compliance requirements. Reporting into a senior proving lead, you will plan, conduct and report on trials throughout the product lifecycle, from early risk reduction through to formal qualification and certification.
You will also have the opportunity to immerse your time into the standardisation of network tools. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to security initiatives, solve complex challenges, and have a direct impact on the overall resilience of the IT environment.
