You will provide one-to-one support, assess support needs, and coordinate services to maintain the high standards of integrity and professionalism. Your role will extend to delivering an excellent housing and estate management service, actively involving customers in supported housing schemes and the wider community.
You will be based at either Newcourt House in Exeter or Devonshire House in Barnstaple but may be required to travel between sites as needed. We work in a hybrid office environment with a minimum of two days in the office.
