You will have the support of a designated diary coordinator and supportive team of managers.

You will be employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, although some flexibility with working hours in accordance with business needs will be required.

You will manage, recruit and support a team of volunteers to support delivery of our services in the Southampton area.

You will also be supporting wider service leads to identify opportunities for volunteer role development.

You will have experience of volunteering or working with volunteers, alongside experience of working with people who may be vulnerable with diverse and complex needs.

You will take ownership of interim valuations, change assessments, detailed variation pricing, measurement, benchmarking, and commercial negotiations. The post holder is accountable for the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of all M&E commercial outputs, including CVRs, variation logs, commercial trackers, risk registers, and final accounts.

You will work with clients (managing a caseload) who have mental health support needs, to assist them in securing sustainable paid employment in line with their preferences.

You will work with people on their individual employment journey from vocational profiling to the point where they no longer require face to face in work support.
