You will receive 2-3 days training offsite from the CCTV Systems Group Manager and the team to go over the full position and become familiar with Lanes group working procedures and health & safety compliance.
You will supervise teams, ensuring quality service to customers, while working to enhance customer contact services through technology. Qualifications include excellent customer service skills, experience in managing teams, and exceptional communication abilities. A flexible approach is required, with shifts including weekends and holidays.
