You will not be responsible for making diagnoses. Instead, you will complete structured assessments and detailed clinical reports that are presented to a multidisciplinary team, where final diagnostic decisions are made by senior clinicians (e.g. consultant psychologists or psychiatrists).
You will work collaboratively with children, families, and relevant professionals to deliver personalised care. Role is face to face in Fulham, London, and involves working as part of a specialist, growing team. Must be a clear communicator with the ability to answer emails and messages promptly and clearly to assist our administrator in booking clients in quickly and smoothly.
You will provide specialist assessment, formulation and intervention for individuals with complex mental health needs, while supporting the ongoing development of therapeutic pathways, staff capability and service delivery.
You will be responsible for driving psychologically informed practice, enhancing patient outcomes, and supporting service development.

You will provide specialist assessment, formulation, and intervention for young people experiencing a range of moderate to severe mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, and emotional dysregulation.
