You will provide operational leadership, professional oversight and quality assurance within a statutory childrens social care setting. Experience within CWD is desirable but not essential. Strong experience across Child Protection, Children in Need, Children Looked After and Court work is preferred.
You will support pupils during transitions, respond to incidents of dysregulation, deliver targeted interventions and model positive behaviour throughout the school day. Working closely with teachers and pastoral staff, you will help maintain a calm, consistent environment that supports pupils wellbeing and progress.
