You will work as part of a team across multiple locations providing support services to vulnerable residents, promoting independence within their home and the wider community.
You will need to be willing and able to train towards an NVQ 3, or equivalent relevant work-based qualification
You will oversee shifts, set a strong example, and be accountable for your team's performance. Your leadership will be key to maintaining a caring, efficient, and positive atmosphere in our home.
You will provide support services promoting daily living and social skills, health and wellbeing to people who are young or have complex needs so they can develop independent living skills, remain independent and move on to living within the wider community and prevent future homelessness.
You will act as a consistent and encouraging role model for students aged 11–18, offering guidance and structure both inside and outside the classroom.
You will build strong relationships with learners, helping them develop positive behaviour strategies, improve self-confidence, and feel fully supported in their education.
You will identify when further intervention is required to protect children within your caseload and take appropriate action.
You will champion practice improvement, actively participate in process, procedure, policy and strategy development.
You will manage and assess risk, leveraging technical authority and deep expertise in social care practice.
You should have experience within a classroom setting in the last 5 years. - Experience teaching in a Primary School. - Eligible to work in the UK
