You will support young people and families who have greater vulnerabilities and needs.
You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and supervising a team of practitioners during overnight duties, both during the week, and at weekends.
You will also be entitled to 8 Bank Holidays, 2 additional statutory Bank Holidays, and have the option to buy additional leave each year.
You will be expected to provide care at a high standard in order to help the residents and ensure that you are always there for them.
You will have the maturity to be able to work within a positive behaviour support framework, to accept responsibility, handle stress and to grow in confidence as a skilled practitioner.
