You will play a key role in ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care, develops a strong and positive culture, and operates efficiently in line with regulatory requirements. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you will be the driving force behind the homes success, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring a person-centered approach to care.
You will provide strong, visible leadership across the region, working closely with Registered Managers to drive high standards of care, compliance, and financial performance.
You will ensure all homes operate in line with CQC regulations and best practice, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and person-centred care.
You must be willing to develop yourself and your skills. DOMICILIARY CARE WORKERS' DUTIES:To provide personal care and support to Clients with a wide range of needs, illnesses, and disabilities from door to doorTo assist Clients with toileting, continence management, and personal hygieneTo assist clients in getting up in the morning and going to bed at night.
You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensuring that our residents are comfortable in their home.
You will also support Care Assistants in their development.
You will also be kind and have a real genuine like for older people and their needs, ensuring we treat everyone with the respect and dignity they deserve.

You will be integral to enabling customers to access local community groups, activities and events. Provide personal care that protects people's dignity. Promote independence using enabling approaches. Support people to meet their outcomes, involving families and professionals.
