You will lead, supervise, and develop the care team, ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centred care at all times.
You will play a key role in pre-admission assessments, maintaining care plans and daily records, overseeing medication management, and maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
You will be supported by a senior in charge on every shift as well as a very supportive management team.
You will ensure all residents activity is recorded effectively (training will be provided) and any concerns are highlighted in a timely manner.
