You will effectively manage a dedicated team, including a Deputy Manager and Support Workers, and be responsible for tasks such as rotas, supervising and mentoring the team to ensure that all shared responsibilities are fulfilled and systems maintained which guarantees compliance.
You will promote a caring environment which provides Residents with a high standard of specialised personal care, meeting individual needs and ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and rights to privacy, independence and choice are met.
You will work as part of a dynamic care team, ensuring the home adheres to the necessary requirements and procedures at all times.
