You will have overall responsibility for the operational management of the service, including compliance, staff leadership, quality assurance, and continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesRegister with the CQC as the Registered Manager and maintain ongoing compliance with all regulatory requirements.
You will contribute to shaping how ABM evolves both regionally and globally, supporting the wider business to become more client‑focused and insight‑driven in its engagement.
You will bring a proactive and self‑motivated approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering effective, high‑impact marketing strategies.
You will have a strong commitment to customer care and be highly motivated with excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will need to be adaptive to an evolving environment and able to seek innovative ways to review and update existing established practices, whilst liaising with stakeholders to meet customer expectations.
