You will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of care delivery, compliance with CQC regulations, and the growth of services.
You will lead a small, skilled team delivering personalised and intensive support to young adults who may be disengaged from education, employment and services – including those transitioning from CAMHS, known to Early Intervention Psychosis teams, ARMS services or recently discharged from inpatient mental health care .
You will be supported in your journey, and we will celebrate with you, every step of the way. Regular 1-2-1’s, training, and support will be available but most importantly, you will be given all the tools to help you thrive and feel empowered on your journey with us. We also have a track record of progression, support, and training.
You will be checking that site users have parked responsibly and are following site rules for timing and payment.
You will receive a uniform and the equipment required to do your job.
You will work 4 shifts of 10 hours on a rota basis.
You must be able to reliably get to site for the shift start times of 10.30am.
