You will be supporting our service users to carry out daily living tasks around their accommodation and experience a wide range of activities such as swimming and day trips.
You will be able to use your own initiative, as well as work effectively within a team.
You will work in a person centred way, putting the individuals you support at the heart of the care you deliver.
You must be able to work work a few clinical shifts (days/nights) to assist the team covering leave if needed. Valid NMC required, and have 2 years post registration experience. Knowledge and experience of a wide range of approaches to nursing, communicating, and managing patient care.
