You will be supporting him to come and go from nursery, around the house and to get out and about. Our client enjoys sensory play, which will be another area you may be supporting him. There will also be some personal care attached to this role. Being a driver is essential to this role.
You will be supported through competencies to provide physiotherapy based assessment and rehabilitation interventions for patients in a domiciliary setting.
You will work closely alongside our Occupational Therapy colleagues and wider multidisciplinary teams within ICASS and wider community services, delivering quality services focusing on patient’s personal outcomes.

You should be able to work flexibly and creatively within a dynamic and ambitious team. Before confirming to your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
You will build positive relationships with residents, offer companionship, and be someone they can rely on for support and encouragement — whether during the day or through the night. What We’re Looking For You may already hold an SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or be working towards it, or you might simply have a natural caring nature and want to learn.
You will need to hold a relevant Health and Social qualification and have experience working in the Care Industry. - Providing excellent care and support to residents - Supervising and motivating all Care Assistants and to function efficiently as a member of the team - Assisting residents in all aspects of their care needs, e.g. physical, emotional and spiritual
