You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each child receives the best possible care and support. This full-time Child Care Assistant position is term-time only, working five days a week, and offers long-term job stability for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities of the Child Care Assistant:

You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, which will include training, supervisions and delegating duties on shift.

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. We'll also need to see that you have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We're looking for people who are warm-hearted, compassionate and committed to giving each resident individualised care and support.
